Our story begins in the heart of Madison, where founder Greg Ballering roasted his first small batches during the late-’70s coffee renaissance. Inspired by the art of craft roasting and a sweet tooth for rich dessert flavors, he set out to create a coffee that tasted like a treat — but still delivered on bean quality, roast finesse, and café-worthy character.
